On Sunday June 19, Chess Mates will celebrate its 1st Anniversary by hosting a Grand Prix Event.

Here are the details:

Rounds: 12:30, 2:15, 4:00 and 5:45 p.m.

Guaranteed Prizes:
1st -$350, 2nd - $200

Top U2400, U2200, U2000 - $100

Grand Prix Points: 10

 

EF: $50, members $40.

GM Free ($50 deducted from prize)

$10 OFF of the EF

Re-entry $25, counts half.

Rounds: 1:00, 2:15 and 3:30 p.m.
EF: $25 for non-members, $20 for members
Prizes per quad: 1st place $50, 2nd place $20

Scholastic lessons and tournaments will continue as usual.
