Rubenchik, Belanoff, Polyakin Chess Mates Champions

FM Rodion Rubenchik, NM Ted Belanoff and LM Vladimir Polyakin won today's Chess Mates Championship with 3.5/4.

Errol Singh won the U2100 prize. Carlos Ennis, Ramneek Singh, John Lekocevic & Drago Dimitrov split the U1900 & U1600 prizes.

Lekocevic also collected the Biggest Upset prize, by defeating NM Mauricio Camejo in round 1.

Club Championship - Final Round

The final round of Chess Mates' Club Championship is in progress. FM Rodion Rubenchik and NM Ted Belanoff drew on the top board to clinch a tie for 1st place. They can be joined by LM James West or LM Vladimir Polyakin.

FM Rodion Rubenchik, FM Boris Privman & NM Ted Belanoff lead Chess Mates' Club Championship at its halfway point.

There was just 1 upset in round 2: Carlos Ennis (1778) held NM Mauricio Camejo to a draw.

The 1st round of our Club Championship went as expected, except for John Lekocevic's win over NM Mauricio Camejo. 3 have players late joined: FM Stan Busygin, LM James West and Ken Cohen.
