October 17th Blitz Details

Next Saturday (October 17) we will be running a Blitz Tournament.

Here are updated details on the event:

Time Control: G/5;d2.
Number of rounds: To be determined.
Format: Double Round Robin if the number of players and time permits. Otherwise, we'll run a Single Round Robin or Swiss.
Entry Fee: Chess Mates members $20, others $25.
Prize Fund: 70% of EF.
Prizes: To be determined.
Must be a current USCF member to play!
Tournament must end no later than 6:30 p.m.
Clock move.
Illegal move loses.
Kings can be captured.
